Refund policy

Exchanges Only — No Refunds

Please note that we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed. We only offer exchanges under the following conditions:

• The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
• You received the wrong item, size, or variant

To be eligible for an exchange:

• You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition

Once your exchange request has been approved, we will provide return instructions. A replacement item will be shipped once we have received and inspected the returned item.
